Jose M. Francisco was born in Havana Cuba and he has been a resident of the Miami metropolitan area since 1974. He attended Barry University and Nova University school of Law. He graduated with his doctor’s degree in 1991. In 1991 Jose Francisco founded The Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco, P.A. The Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco, P.A. handles all types of personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage, and consumer cases. Personal injury cases handled by the firm include automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, workers compensation, medical malpractice, and insurance matters.

Michael Goldstein
Michael Goldstein received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in 1985 and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. He graduated with honors and was a member of the Law Review. Michael concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation and helping injured workers. He previously focused his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation matters, representing large insurance companies. He is a member of the Florida Bar (Workers’ Compensation Section). Michael is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
Gonzalo Masso received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 2014 and his law degree from Florida International University School of Law in 2018. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and he is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He has previously interned with the Honorable Judge Cohn and helped the Florida University School of Law Clinical Program represent clients on a variety of areas such as landlord-tenant, immigration, and family law. Gonzalo currently concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
