Ashley Fuxa

Ashley C. Fuxa received her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 2014, where she majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Psychology. She then received her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2017, where she was a Law Review Member, was in the top ten percent of her class, and graduated with honors. During law school Ashley interned with the Honorable Abby Cynamon in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, the Florida Department of Children and Families, and was also a Research Assistant for her Federal Civil Procedure Professor. Upon graduation, Ashley went on to work for an immigration firm and then a consumer bankruptcy firm. Ashley now concentrates her practice to workers’ compensation matters. Ashley is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ashley is also a member of The Richard A. Sicking American Inn of Court.
