jose-franciscoJose M. Francisco was born in Havana Cuba and he has been a resident of the Miami metropolitan area since 1974. He attended Barry University and Nova University school of Law. He graduated with his doctor’s degree in 1991. In 1991 Jose Francisco founded The Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco, P.A. The Law Offices of Jose M. Francisco, P.A. handles all types of personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage, and consumer cases. Personal injury cases handled by the firm include automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, workers compensation, medical malpractice, and insurance matters.

Monica Amor received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1994 and then attended law school at the University Of Miami School Of Law, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in May 1997. Later that same year, she was admitted to the Florida Bar and has been practicing law in Florida ever since. Monica concentrates her practice in representing injured workers in workers’ compensation cases. She previously represented major corporations and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters. She is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Monica also received a LLM in Real Property Development from the University Of Miami School Of Law and is a Florida Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Miami Attorney Michael GoldsteinMichael Goldstein received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in 1985 and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. He graduated with honors and was a member of the Law Review. Michael concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation and helping injured workers. He previously focused his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation matters, representing large insurance companies. He is a member of the Florida Bar (Workers’ Compensation Section). Michael is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Miami Workers' Compensation Lawyer, Gonzalo MassoGonzalo Masso received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 2014 and his law degree from Florida International University School of Law in 2018. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and he is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. He has previously interned with the Honorable Judge Cohn and helped the Florida University School of Law Clinical Program represent clients on a variety of areas such as landlord-tenant, immigration, and family law. Gonzalo currently concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Miami Attorney Ismael M. TijerinoIsmael Tijerino received his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 2015 and his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018. He graduated with Honors and was a recipient of the pro bono commendation award. Ismael concentrates his practice in worker’s compensation. Previously Ismael focused his practice in representing homeowner’s in claims against insurance companies, as well as representing spouses in family law proceedings. He is of Nicaraguan decent, born to immigrant parents. He knows what it is like to be in a position of need, which is what drives him to aggressively represent his clients. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Miami auto accident attorney, Joseph GarciaJoseph Garcia received his Bachelor‘s degrees in psychology and criminology from the University of Florida in 2014 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in 2017 where he advocated in the juvenile defense clinic as a certified legal intern. Joseph currently concentrates his practice in auto negligence and slip and fall. He comes from a Cuban family and is dedicated in helping other families that are dealing with the hardships arising out of an accident or injury.
